The Wells Fargo Diversified Hybrid and Preferred Securities Floating and Variable Rate index tracks the performance of variable and floating rate US dollar denominated preferred securities, as well as certain types of “hybrid securities” that are functionally equivalent to preferred stock, issued in the US domestic market.
