The company was formerly known as Saudi Arabian Fertilizers Company and changed its name to SABIC Agri-Nutrients Company in November 2020. SABIC Agri-Nutrients Company was incorporated in 1965 and is based in Riyadh, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The company operates as a subsidiary of Saudi Basic Industries Corporation.
