Wereldhave Belgium is a leading Belgian regulated real estate company (RREC) with a real estate portfolio of more than 1.2 billion euros, an increase of 1.7% compared with 31 December 2025. The portfolio comprises eight shopping centers, seven of which are owned and one managed, four retail parks and two office parks in Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Together, these locations welcome more than 30 million visitors annually and have an EPRA occupancy rate of 97.9%. Wereldhave Belgium is both an investor in and manager of its real estate assets. The company is responsible for the day-to-day operational management, leasing, marketing and continuous optimization of its centers. Each center is managed by a local team, supported by a central organization that ensures consistency and efficiency across the portfolio. Wereldhave Belgium was incorporated in Belgium.
