The company was formerly known as Shenzhen Chiwan Wharf Holdings Limited and changed its name to China Merchants Port Group Co., Ltd. in December 2018. China Merchants Port Group Co. Ltd., was founded in 1990 and is headquartered in Shenzhen, China.
