In addition, it is involved in refining and processing of gold and silver. The company was formerly known as Asahi Holdings, Inc. and changed its name to ARE Holdings, Inc. in June 2023. ARE Holdings, Inc. was founded in 1952 and is headquartered in Kobe, Japan.
