The Real Estate Rental Business engages in the leasing and management of real estate. The company was formerly known as Tokyo Securities Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Japan Securities Finance Co., Ltd. in December 1949. Japan Securities Finance Co., Ltd. was incorporated in 1927 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
