It serves clients in the financial services, healthcare, public sector, communication, technology, media and entertainment, travel and hospitality, automotive, and retail industries. The company operates in the United States, Canada, the Philippines, the Asia Pacific, India, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. The company was formerly known as TeleTech Holdings, Inc. and changed its name to TTEC Holdings, Inc. in May 1996. TTEC Holdings, Inc. was founded in 1982 and is headquartered in Austin, Texas.
